Income-Based rentals will be available to households earning 60% Median Family Income or less. Applicant’s gross annual income may not exceed the following limits:

Median Family Income 60%:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $56,460 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $64,560 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $72,600 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $80,640 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $87,120 annually

Median Family Income 80%:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $74,800 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $85,450 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $96,150 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $106,800 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $115,350 annually

Median Family Income Renewal Max 120%:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $112,900 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $ 129,000 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $145,150 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $161,300 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $174,200 annually

Maximum Affordable Rent Limits

  • Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older
  • Income verification items to include but not limited to-
  • 2 months’ worth of consecutive pay stubs within the last 90 days
  • Bank Statements
  • Tax Returns
  • Other potential Income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
  • Additional documents may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets.
