  • 4-person home may earn no more than $75,600 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $81,660 annually

Median Family Income 80%:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $68,500 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $78,250 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $88,050 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $97,800 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $105,650 annually

Median Family Income Renewal Max 120%:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $105,850 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $ 120,950 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $136,100 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $151,200 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $163,300 annually

Below is the City of Austin’s MAXIMUM RENT that can be charged to the tenant.

Median Family Income Unit Rent 60%:

  • Efficiency unit - $1,234
  • 2 Bedroom - $1,411

Median Family Income Unit Rent 80%:

  • Efficiency unit - $1,598
  • 2 Bedroom - $1,824
